Delivery and Returns
DELIVERY:
Postage & Packaging for all of UK (excluding Channel Islands) is calculated based on the weight and size of your order and will be confirmed at checkout. Deliveries are made using Royal Mail. If the cost of posting your order substantially exceeds our agreed rates we will email you with the adjusted delivery charge. You may cancel your order at this time if you wish.
We only deliver to the UK (excluding Channel Islands) at present. Please email: theteam@keyfund.org.uk if you are not in the UK(excluding Channel Islands) and would like to order our products.
RETURNS:
If you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us via email: theteam@keyfund.org.uk within 7 working days from receipt of the goods and return them to us unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt of the goods you will be entitled to an exchange or refund excluding postage and packaging charges. No returns will be accepted without prior arrangement. We will issue you a Returns Reference. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return.
All returned items should be well packed and clearly labelled enclosing your Returns Reference and sent back to:

For all goods returned, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail (Recorded Delivery) as you will be responsible for the goods until they are received by us. Should a returned parcel become damaged or lost we do not compensate.
